- Triangular Wave Deposit Control System delivers superior antifouling
performance by preventing the attachment of scale and colloidal particles on the sides of
the equipment.
- Similarly, slime-forming bacteria receive an enhanced surface charge,
and they are not able to attach to the sides of the equipment and form
biofilm. In
addition, many other bacteria use the biofilm as a habitat where they can feed and
propagate. Without the habitat, those other bacteria remain suspended in the fluid and
eventually die.
-
- The Triangular Wave System conserves water by allowing the system to
run at higher cycles of concentration. Because of the Triangular Wave System's superior
antifouling capabilities, the higher concentrations of scale forming materials in the
fluid do not cause scale to form. Higher cycles of concentration mean that less water is
being bled off, and less water is needed for makeup.
- Maintenance costs are saved several ways:
- Much less time is needed to clean the equipment and remove scale and
bio-film.
